Specialist Anaesthetist

Dr Owen Gray

Introduction

Dr Owen Gray is a specialist anaesthetist working alongside Dr Rhys Clark’s surgical team. He completed his anaesthesia training across Perth’s major adult, obstetric and paediatric hospitals, followed by subspecialty fellowships in regional anaesthesia and in education at Royal Perth Hospital.

Regional anaesthesia is central to his practice — techniques that target pain relief to the specific area being operated on, which is particularly relevant in orthopaedic surgery where good early pain control supports the rehabilitation that follows.
